What we collect

When you sign up on this site, we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, and your approximate location (country) as recorded by our email provider. We use the location only to understand where people are signing up from, and we don't ask for anything else.

Why we use it

To send you news about Gnomeward Bound, Gnomeward Rush, Gnomeward Chase and the Kickstarter launch. We only send these emails if you confirm your address when we ask.

Who handles your email

We use MailerLite to store the list and send emails. It acts on our behalf under its data processing terms. Your details may be processed outside the UK, under safeguards that MailerLite provides.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
